
Ingredients: 3 cups Frozen Mixed Berries or Frozen Strawberries 1 sheet of puff pastry thawed 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp lemon zest 2 tbsp of honey 2 tbsp cornstarch 1 egg to egg wash only What's next: 1. Preheat the oven at 200C 2. Line a baking tray with baking paper and place the thawed puff pastry on top 3. Combine all the ingredients (except the egg) and give it a nice mix. 4. Scoop the mix on to the pastry allowing enough space on the edges to create a fold. Roughly 4cm. 5. Brush with dough with egg and bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until pastry is golden brown AND ENJOY !!
